The objective of the compliance policy is to ensure that all activities of the company C.H.K - Consultoria e Serviços, S.A. are conducted ethically, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This compliance policy sets the guidelines that all employees must follow to ensure an ethical and safe work environment, outlining internal procedures and mechanisms for mitigation.  

Objectives

  1. Ensure that every employee of C.H.K - Consultoria e Serviços, S.A. is aware of and complies with the current Compliance Policies, Manuals, and Regulations while performing their duties.
  2. Ensure the availability of adequate resources, technical and human means that allow all employees to understand the importance of C.H.K - Consultoria e Serviços, S.A. in complying with all obligations it is subject to, and to promote a culture of Compliance and transparency across the entire company.
  3. Ensure that C.H.K - Consultoria e Serviços, S.A. complies with current legal and regulatory requirements and is diligent in communicating and resolving any identified non-conformities.

Scope

Compliance Committee

Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the compliance policy.

  1. Supports and advises the Board of Directors in implementing this Policy and proposes recommendations aimed at improving the management of internal controls related to Compliance risk.
  2. Oversees and ensures that the Compliance function performs its responsibilities effectively, independently, and efficiently.
  3. Analyzes the reports issued by the Compliance Function and evaluates the effectiveness of compliance risk management, ensuring compliance risks are controlled.

Internal Audit: Conducts regular audits to verify compliance with the policy.

Anti-Discrimination Policies

  1. Prohibition of Bribery: It is strictly prohibited to offer, promise, give, solicit, or accept bribes or any form of illicit payment.
